S.T.E.P. Academics Incorporated tutors are state certified teachers who bring a wealth of experience to the network of support for student achievement. Using math and literacy differentiated instructional techniques that are guided by benchmark data, identified K-12 students are compassionately guided toward successful outcomes. S.T.E.P. Academics, Inc. contracts with school districts based on the principal’s allocation of their budget.

S.T.E.P. Academics and Arts 1:1 Online Tutoring Sessions for Grades 1-12, also taught by state-certified teachers based on state curriculum guidelines, are coupled with the study of weekly performing arts instruction. Funded by Westchester County New York Department of Social Services, New York State Council on the Arts, and The City of Yonkers Community Development Block Grant, the impact that the disciplined study of performing arts has on academics cannot be overstated. This holistic approach to compassionate human development has increased graduation rates, increased test scores, and has had a profound impact on self-actualization.
